Ukrainian Member of Parliament Oleksandr Vasiuk gave an interview to the renowned British publication The Independent.
“I was born and raised in Zaporizhzhia. It’s not just a city — it’s a heart that continues to beat even during wartime,” said Oleksandr Vasiuk.
He also commented on the situation at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the fight against the enemy, and his visit to an underground school.
«Our country and every Ukrainian deserve a just peace and I am sure that the international coalition will help achieve this. Most importantly, this must be a peace that guarantees Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security», added Oleksandr Vasiuk.
