On August 30, 2022, during the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Vasyuk took the oath of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine from the “Servant of the People” faction.
“This is an important stage for me. There is a lot of work ahead for the benefit of Ukraine. In the near future, I will work on adapting the legislation of Ukraine to the best international legal standards. In addition to working in the parliament, I will also develop the strategic partnership between the USA and Ukraine. The support of the United States in this difficult time is crucial in the defense sphere, in humanitarian issues and at the international level,” said Oleksandr Vasyuk.
